c422. Dick Button World Champion Figure Skates. Men's size 9, by Endicott Johnson, N.Y. Both skates with Dick Button facsimile signature on blade. In large colorful box, large Olympic rings on side, St. Moritz to Squaw Valley text. 18-year old Dick Button won gold in St. Moritz by completing a double axle which he had completed 2 days before the first time; his new move in Oslo was the triple loop, and all nine judges voted for him - first place.
